The Water of Life is present in many forms of bodily fluids and one that is very sacred and the literal giver of life is in your Breast Milk.  What does it mean to create the water of life in your breast milk and how can you give the best water of life to your baby? Let’s delve deeper into this concept!

Many mothers, fathers and infants experience a deep connection to Life, sustenance and love with a Mother’s Breast Milk. Yet, have we considered that this is truly a Water of Life to infants!  Infants don’t drink water. They are designed to have Mother’s Milk for the first few years of life. They really don’t need any water until they are weaned and on table food.

Now, here is the deeper part!  Water, holds vibrations and frequencies. Water holds thoughts and emotions, as they too are vibrations and frequencies.  What thoughts and emotions can be held in water you ask? Well, every thought!

Take a look at Dr. Masaru Emoto’s explanations of water – “With regard to the molecular structure of water, our intent (thoughts), words, ideas and music have a profound healing or destructive effect on the water. Since the human is 70% water — Ultimately, it means that what we think creates our reality, not just emotionally but physically.”

Our words and thoughts then have more meaning. They not only impact our mental and emotional states – they literally effect our physiology!  Those water molecules in our breastmilk, that give life to our baby are also affected by our words and thoughts.

Take a look at these water molecules after they were spoken to in different ways.

Water charged with words, “You make me sick. I will kill you.”

Now with the same water and a change of intention and thought….

Water charged with words, “Thank you.”

Let this be an inspiration for you to bring more peace and ease into your life so that you may create the best water of life in your breast milk for your baby.
