Prevent Jet Lag In 3 Easy Steps
  1. After landing or arriving at your destination breathe in from the bottom of your feet and up through your body the time and the time zone in 1 breath.
  2. Next breathe in from the bottom of your feet and up through your body the place (the city, state, and country if appropriate) in 1 breath.
  3. Finally breathe in from the bottom of your feet and up through your body the day, the date and the year in 1 breath.

 

What you're doing is recalibrating your body magnetically to the new place you are in.  When you do this the water tastes better, the food is more easily digested and your experience is enhanced so that you may fully embrace your surroundings.   If you are still having any issues simply repeat the process as often as needed.
